You've inquired and wish to move forward in securing your wedding date. Now what?
Step 1
You're ready to book! Great! First I'll send you a contract and once that is signed by both the client and photographer, I will send an invoice for the 30% retainer fee. You will receive a welcome gift from me shortly after that, just to show you how excited I am about your wedding and how much I appreciate you!
I will also send a 'photography prep guide' for you to look over, just to get acquainted with how I do things during the shoots prior to them. It contains a lot of helpful tips for engagement sessions and how to keep things running smoothly on wedding day.
Step 2
Book the engagement session! If you want to wait I completely understand, but I do recommend getting on my calendar as those prime months fill up quick. I can also help with location and wardrobe if you feel lost.
If you have any questions leading up to your wedding about literally anything, reach out! I am here and my phone is always nearby. You can text me or email and I will respond as quickly as I can. I am also here to help with the timeline (and we will set up a call closer to the wedding date to ensure that the timeline is in order- this helps keep everyone stress free on wedding day). If you also signed up for a bridal session, those are taken closer to the date. Timing just depends on your dress/alterations schedule, but I do like to do these ideally 4-6 weeks from the wedding date.
Step 3
Almost wedding time! I like to do a phone call with my couples about 1-2 weeks out, just to go over the timeline and make sure I'm aware of all details and surprises.
Then it's wedding day! Once I photograph your day I will send previews within 48 hours (unless the travel home interferes with that timeframe, then I will send them asap). The complete gallery will be in your inbox in 6-8 weeks (I will also text you when I deliver the gallery, so it isn't missed!), and a few weeks after that you will receive a keepsake print box with a flash drive containing all edited images.
