How long does it take to have our photos delivered?
My turnaround time for wedding photography is around 8-10 weeks and about one week for regular sessions.
I do send a wedding day preview gallery of 40-50 images within 48 hours! Because I'm just as excited for you to have your photos as you are :)

What camera do you use?
I shoot with a Canon R5 and an array of lenses including my most used- the RF 50 mm 1.2 and RF 28-70 f2. I also always attend weddings with backup gear and have a second R5 body just in case! I shoot the ceremony with two cameras- one for wide shots and one for closeups. Shooting with two cameras during the ceremony also eases my mind in case of potential faulty equipment. This has never happened to me but I do tend to think of worst case scenarios :)
Will we need to send you a shot list?
I prefer not to work off of a shot list, as focusing on a list can hinder capturing the moments as they happen. I do have a list in my blog posts that details everything I typically capture, but if you have any must have shots absolutely let me know! I also find it to be easier on my couples to not have to create list for the day. I also have a family list template that a lot of my couples find useful.
Why do you shoot engagement photos during the week?
Due to a full wedding schedule most of my weekend dates are booked rather far out in advance, Mon-Thurs are my go-to days for engagement sessions. I also love to do these sessions during the week to avoid larger crowds in public spaces.
Do you outsource your work?
I do not hire associate photographers- some photographers will contract out a wedding or job to 'associate photographers', I do not do this. I capture each and every one of my bookings and I edit all of my photos myself. I like full creative control of my work so I do not do any outsourcing.
How many photos can we expect?
For regular sessions, including engagements, I guarantee a minimum of 50.
For wedding day photography you can expect 50-100 photos per hour of photography coverage. Most of my wedding galleries are 800-1200 images.
How would you describe your editing style?
Soft. Natural. Real. Timeless. True skin tones. I love film photography and how those images are instant classics, so those soft film colors are my inspiration.
What is your posing style?
I like a good mix of posed and candid. Being a photographer, natural real life photos are my favorite, but I also love a simple pretty portrait. My favorite photo from our wedding day is one of my husband and I both smiling easily at the camera, so I'm sure to get those shots for my couples, in addition to the candids.
Do we receive rights to photos?
You receive full print rights for non-commercial use from me, so you can download hi-res images via your digital gallery. Wedding galleries also include a print box with keepsake flash drive, as shown below.
Can we order prints through you?
You can easily and quickly order high-quality heirloom prints via your digital gallery! Friends and family love this feature!
Do you travel?
I love to travel! Travel fees vary according to location.
